In real estate, trust is the deciding factor: a client chooses an agent they're willing to trust with one of the biggest deals of their life. The brief was to package the realtor for social media so they're perceived as a market expert, not «just another listing poster». We developed a social media promotion strategy with positioning through expertise. We created a deep content plan that warms up the audience with utility — deal breakdowns, answers to typical fears and buyer mistakes — and helped package educational materials and events for clients. The content works as a funnel: from the first useful post to a service request. The project was successfully launched from scratch. The result is a lead-generation system through content, in which social media isn't just «run» but steadily brings in requests from a warmed-up audience.
