For Elvira Lobova-Ladik, a consultant on parent-child relationships, building trust from the very first second is crucial: the topic is sensitive, and the audience chooses the person first, not the service. The brief was to build a personal brand that reads as expert yet warm. We ran an audit of the current presence and developed a personal brand concept: defined the expert's functional role (what exactly she is valued for and what she talks about), her tone of voice, and her content behavior on social media. We laid out which formats and topics build trust and which dilute the positioning. The result is a clear and transparent promotion strategy, ready for scaling: the expert knows what to publish and how, in order to attract clients steadily rather than running social media on guesswork.
