Alena Stoev approached us before launching a new product: her previous personal brand no longer reflected the changed business goals and could get in the way of reaching a new audience. The brief was to update the positioning so it works for the new product. We carried out a rebranding and refined the personal brand in line with the new goals: we reassembled how the expert presents herself and what promise she makes to the audience. On that basis we built the positioning and developed a «motivational platform» — a system of meanings and messages that engages the target audience and consistently warms it up toward a purchase. The result is ready positioning for the new product: an updated personal brand and a clear semantic foundation, with which the launch happens not «from a blank slate» but on an already prepared and interested audience.
