Client: Kharchenko Agency
SMM and Video Production for Our Agency
Turned the agency's page into an “open kitchen”: one metaphor, three regular rubrics and the first videos about the team, to show the faces behind the project and build audience trust.
Result: A recognisable brand voice on social media
“The shoemaker's children go barefoot” is the most common agency ailment: clients get a promotion system, while the agency's own social media run on leftovers. We decided to treat ourselves as a client: with a goal, a strategy and people in charge. The goal was to show not a list of services but the people businesses trust with their promotion. We turned the agency's page into an “open kitchen”. We came up with a single fine-dining metaphor and three regular rubrics: “Anti-Award of the Week”, which breaks down marketing mistakes, “Gold Reserve” with working tools, and “Kharchevnya” about the team and processes. To show our experts beyond text, we tried short videos (Reels): the first two were assembled from archive footage, with no separate shoots. The result is a recognisable brand voice and content that shows the faces behind the project and builds trust before the first conversation. We apply the same approach to SMM for clients: meaning and system first, visuals second.
