Client: Gestalt Therapist

Website of a psychotherapist for neurodivergent people

No pressure and no mystery: what you can bring, how the work is arranged and how much it costs — before the first session. Booking through an online calendar.

Result: Website with online booking

Shursh Shabanov is a gestalt therapist. He works with teenagers, adults, families and couples, and his main audience is neurodivergent people and those who live with minority stress. For them the first step toward a specialist is the hardest one, and the website is where they decide whether it is safe to take. That is why there is neither pressure nor mystery on the page. First comes what you can bring, in plain words: from wanting to rearrange everyday life around neurodivergence to being tired of “carrying everything alone”. Then how the work is arranged: who it suits, how long a session lasts, how much it costs in shekels, euros and rubles, how to pay and what happens if you cancel. The rules are named before booking, not after. A separate block is about the therapist himself: education, further training and personal experience, including moving to another country and his own ADHD. Here it answers the client's main question: will I be understood. Booking is done right from the site, through an online calendar: the person picks the time themselves, without calls or messages. There is booking for online sessions and, separately, for appointments in Haifa. The site works in Russian and English, and the full working rules are on a separate page.
